Pivot AIGA Conference
Poster and postcard design for an AIGA Design Conference based off of the reading "Cult of the Ugly" by Steven Heller.  In the reading Heller discusses punk posters and their acceptance (or lack thereof) into the design world.  I chose to use graffiti art as a way of addressing the same issue that is discussed with punk are and used objects with shells to represent how good design needs to have form and function.  A turtle's shell is more then just a shell, it has a function to protect the turtle and a peanut shell is necessary for a peanut to form and grow.
